Our audio gear is designed to work with 3-conductor headphones. Any 4-conductor items, such as those for mobile phones (with mics, volume buttons) may not work as expected.

Transfer and ingest, what are they for?
We want you to have maximum productivity when you're using one of our creative systems. There's nothing worse than being on the clock while watching a long progress bar moving your media from one drive to another. Before your session, during, or after, the Transfer Station is available free of charge to permit you to bring your projects to TRACK25 and then take them with you when you're done.
Each creative system has its own particular set of pros and cons for media speed and support. In some cases, you'll never need the Transfer Station - just plug in your portable drive and go. Other times, you'll benefit from moving your project onto some of our provided fast media and then back to your own storage after your work is finished. If you have used our media server during your sessions, you can move in and out of the Trasfer Station.
Another useful feature - Live Preview to the public internet. With the Transfer Station, you can play an audio file to our public streaming service and share a URL with someone outside the lab to hear in realtime on their own device without sending them your uncompressed master file.
The Transfer Station is available to all studio users, note the details above.
