You can create Atmos in workstations traditionally thought of as stereo-only. You can work with built-in renderers or with the official Dolby Renderer. You can use Fiedler's excellent Dolby Atmos Composer in all our apps.

Pro Tools once relied on the standalone Dolby Atmos Renderer, but in addition now has an embedded option. It is also fully compatible with the workflow provided by Fiedler Dolby Atmos Composer.
Apple's Logic Pro X was an early adopter of the internal Dolby Atmos renderer. It can also be used with the standalone renderer or with Fiedler's Dolby Atmos Composer tools.
